On The Court offers afterschool
enrichment programs, weekend
clinic and summer camps.. Our
recreational basketball programs fosters character education
and team building. We provide activities to support a
childs' entire emotional and physical well-being that are fun
and safe experiences.
We combine real world basketball
activities, competitions and skill building sessions with
professional coaches in all our clinics and camps. Our mission
is to provide positive educational and fun basketball
activities for school districts, communities and organizations
around the globe.
We offer on-site basketball programs
in conjunction with local school districts, community centers and
other organizations that will enhance their afterschool
enrichment programs. All of our programs are designed to
inspire young players to get out of the stands
and onto the court.
We believe athletics is the vehicle, providing
children with an opportunity to grow and create new
possibilities in their lives. Our programs build self
confidence, improve self image and build character through
education. They will develop sportsmanship and athletic
integrity, and gain an understanding of the game of
basketball. We provide a firm foundation in which children
develop strong civic values.

Jim Manaskie, Executive Coach, Director of
Program Development
Coach Jim is a
graduate from Lafayette College with a degree in Engineering.
Coach Jim is an experienced basketball instructor and coach.
He played for the Division I Leopards under legendary coaches
Dr. Tom Davis and Gary Williams. Jim has played basketball in
High School and College where he gained his appreciation for
the game.
After college, Jim
started a computer training firm to educate employees of major
Fortune 1000 companies on the use personal computers and most
were first time users. Jim developed some of the earliest
curriculum for personal computer learning.
Jim currently combines both his basketball and
training experience by teaching real basketball at every
level. Coach Jim has developed and created curriculum and is
involved in all aspects of program development for On The
Court. Jim also trains coaching staff and regularly coaches
basketball clinics. He believes that an important part of
coaching is teaching life skills that will be useful beyond
basketball. | p>

Wendy Manaskie, CEO - Director of
Marketing
Wendy
is a graduate from the University of Miami in Coral Gables,
Florida with a degree in Business Administration and
Marketing. She brings a
wealth of professional experience in Business Development,
Human Resources, Staffing Solutions, Sales and Marketing to
On The Court.
During her years working for staffing and computer training
firms, she was responsible for successfully marketing and
delivering qualified technical talent and training programs to
Fortune 1000 firms. Her
HR background allows On The Court to recruit quality
coaches and maintain the highest quality staff.
Wendy has a strong entrepreneurial
spirit and saw the opportunity to change the paradigm in youth
sports clinics. She would bring basketball clinics directly to
schools and community centers at the end of the school day.
These clinics would provide children a fun, fitness
opportunity without any additional travel for kids or parents.
This lead to the start of what is now On The Court
X-perience.

Mike Fry,
Coach
Coach Intro Fry
Mike is a graduate from Lehigh University
in Pennsylvania with a degree in International Business. Coach
Fry is an experienced, seasoned basketball player, coach and
teacher.
Mike played at
St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City for the Hall of Fame
coach Bob Hurley and played against
top level competition such as Kobe Bryant, Vince Carter,
Stephon Marbury and Tim Thomas, where he won 3 State
Championships and 1 National Championship. Mike received the
honor of valedictorian in his graduating class at St.
Anthony's High School. While at Lehigh, Mike started as a
shooting guard for 3 years
Mike is
currently working at Hillside High School in New Jersey
teaching Physical Education, Drivers Education and Health. He
also works at Hoop Heaven Basketball facility coaching AAU
teams, clinics, summer camps, private lessons, and teaches
children of all ages basketball from beginners to advanced
classes. As a player, Mike's hard work and passion for the
game helped him succeed. As a coach, he instills the same
qualities in each player. He works closely with the young
players where he does skill development, teaches shooting,
dribbling and defense.

Lauren Cubas,
Coach
Lauren Cubas
is a University of Virginia graduate with a dual-degree in
Teaching and Anthropology After college, Coach Lauren
substitute taught in Bridgewater-Raritan and Bernards Township
School Districts. This past school year, she was a
permanent substitute at Mount Prospect School from January
2012-June 2012. Currently, she has been substitute
teaching in the Branchburg Township and Warren Township School
Districts.
Lauren played
four years of varsity basketball at Bridgewater-Raritan High
School. She was named captain her junior and senior
year. These leadership positions helped her to serve as
the President of the University of Virginia's Women's Club
Basketball team as well as a player-coach for two years where
she organized tryouts, practices, and tournaments to function
smoothly.
Her basketball coaching career started
at St. Anne's Belfield School in Charlottesville,
Virginia. She was
appointed the girl's varsity assistant coach for the winter
2006-2007 season.
For two winter seasons, 2009-2011, she volunteered as
the girl's freshmen coach at Ridge High School in Basking
Ridge, New Jersey.
Prior to beginning her coaching career, she
worked at various basketball summer camps. At the Tim Ortelli's
Fundamental Basketball Camp, she served as an instructional
coach and assistant director. At the Essex Basketball
Academy, she worked with Craig Goldman to organize campers
and led large group warm-ups, drills, and activities. At the Larry Cubas'
Beginner-Advanced Basketball Camp, she worked with beginner
campers' ages 5 and 6yrs and monitored the scrimmage to help
individual and team success.
Lauren is a Preschool Fitness
Fun coach along with coaching our other afterschool
programs.

Ryan Manaskie,
Coach
Ryan recently graduated Cum
Laude from Rutgers School of Management and Labor
relations and is currently pursuing his MBA at Rutgers.
Ryan brings his basketball experience, an outgoing personality
and communication skills to On The Court.
While attending Rutgers he works at
Hoop Heaven Basketball facility as a Staff Member since 2007
and currently is the Assistant Manager since 2009. He has
coached over 20 teams ranging from 2nd/3rd grade through 12th
grade. Ryan has taught 100's of instructional
basketball clinics each year, with classes being one hour a
day for children 4 to 16 years of age. In addition, coached
and trained kids for the school district breaks and summer
camp programs consisting of 20 - 60 kids.
Ryan played basketball at Bridgewater - Raritan
High School and is an AAAI/ISMA certified fitness
trainer. |

Craig Ebinger, Coach
Coach Craig is currently a senior at
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and plans to be
graduating in May of 2013 with a major in Sport
Management. Craig has a lot of experience with
basketball, both as
a player and a coach. He worked for Basketball University
Training program for a year while at Michigan State
University where he coached individual and team drills for youth basketball
players.
Craig knows what it takes to work with
and lead a group of children. Before joining On The
Court he was lead
counselor at the Manalapan Recreation Summer Camp program for four
years. Craig is currently playing on the men's club
basketball team at Rutgers and serving as it's Vice President and
treasurer. |

Alexandr Garry,
Coach
Coach Alexandr is currently a junior at
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey majoring in
Mathematics and Economics. He began his high school career at
Christen Brothers Academy and played 3 years at Shore Regional
High School. Alexandr attended Sixer's an Pocono
invitational camps.
Coach Alexandr coaches clinics and
camps for grades 1 to 6 for On The Court. HIs priority
is teaching the love of the game.

Keith
Woung-Fallon, Coach
Keith started his basketball career
at St. Joseph's High School in Metuchen,NJ. As a freshmen he played
Junior Varsity and became captain of the Junior Varsity
team. In his
junior year of high school he transferred to
Bridgewater-Raritan High School and made the Varsity team. As
a senior, he was nominated a captain, defensive player of the
year, first team all defense, third team All County and
honorable mention All Area. The team won back to
back County Championships. Keith played his
college basketball at Cabrini College.
Keith started coaching for Tim Ortelli's
Fundamental Basketball camps and assisted at Immaculate
Conception School starting with 4th to 8th grade. He was head
coach for two tournaments during the 7th and 8th grade year at
the Mary Mother of God tournament and won 2
championships.
Keith is a graduated of Cabrini College with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Human Resources. |

Will Howarth, Coach
Will is currently a senior at Rutgers
University in New Brunswick. He is currently in the Rutgers
Business School and his major is finance. Will brings his
basketball knowledge and experience to On The Court
Basketball.
Will started with On The Court working after school clinics. Now
he works all types of clinics and camps throughout the year that
On The Court provides. He has played basketball all of his
life. He started varsity three years at Freehold High School
leading them to a share of division championships. Will has gained
experience through working basketball clinics at the Freehold
YMCA. |

Ryan
Merten, Coach
Ryan
has played at the top high school level playing under Coach
Tim Ortelli. In his 4 years at Bridgewater Raritan High
School, he was a 3 year varsity starter, was part of 4
Somerset County Championship victories and a State Sectional
title. His awards include 1st Team All-Conference, Senior
Scholar Athlete Award.
Ryan has been
involved in basketball coaching since his high school years
where he was a coach at Tim Ortelli's Fundamental Formula
basketball camps. His experience also includes coaching AAU
teams at Hoop Heaven before joining us at On The Court. Ryan
is currently a senior at Rutgers University in New Brunswick
where he is majoring in Economics.

Michael Badaglicca,
Coach
Coach Mike played high school basketball for Cedar
Grove HS where
he won a state championship his senior year. Mike has been involved
in coaching since 2008 when he was a coach for the Township of Cedar Grove Recreation Department
where he was responsible
for teaching the fundamentals of various team
sports
including basketball, track and
football.
Mike has been coaching for On The
Court where he brings his leadership and love of the
game.
Coach
Mike is currently Junior at Rutgers University,School
of Arts and Sciences majoring in Human Resource Management. |

Matt Long, Coach
Matt
is a graduate
from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. He brings a
wealth of knowledge and skills, along with experience playing
and coaching basketball to
On The Court.
Matt brings lots of basketball
experience as he has been playing basketball his entire life
and has played at the top high school level playing under
Coach Tim Ortelli. In his 4 years at Bridgewater Raritan High
School, he was part of 4 Somerset County Championship
victories and a State Sectional title. Matt also was a coach
at Tim Ortelli's Fundamental Formula basketball camps. He has
trained for Chuck Mound, Performance Training at Somerset
Medical Center and the Optimum Health And Exercise Therapy
facility.
While attending
Rutgers University, Matt has been working at Hoop Heaven in Bridgewater since
2007 as a staff member. He instructs players in one on one
lesson, clinics, camps, and mini-camps on the fundamentals and
advanced components of basketball. He has also coached
basketball teams for a wide variety of age levels from 4th to
12th grade. Matt uses his experience, skill, and his
personality to inspire kids to work hard and excel their level
of play.

Ernesto Daset, Coach
Ernie is graduate
from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Ernie
brings a strong athletic background and positive attitude to
On The Court. Before coming to On The Court, he gained his
basketball experience as a staff member at Hoop Heaven where
he coached youth basketball clinics, summer camps and private
lessons.
Ernie was a 4 year member of
the swim team at Bridgewater - Raritan High School and was
state champion in 2006-2007. He is also an AAAI/ISMA certified
fitness trainer
.

Brady
Halligan, Coach
Brady is a graduate from
Rutgers University with a degree in
Environmental Policy Institutions and Behavior. Brady brings
his basketball experience, all around knowledge of the game,
leadership and motivational skills to On The
Court.
He has played varsity basketball at Delran
High School all four years of his high school career. He was a
captain for two years and was a Burlington County All-Star his
senior year. He has been the lead official for Rutgers
University basketball intramurals for the past 3 years. Brady
has gained experience while coaching clinics at the Burlington
County YMCA.
Brady has gained his personal motivational
skills being a member of the Delran track and field team where
he excelled in Pole vaulting.
He went undefeated his senior year
winning the regional competition, the county open competition
and becoming 1st team all county back to back
years in 2006-2007.
